SETTING THE GOALS

IMPORTANCE OF GOALS:
Goals give you Directions. A focus.A Person Without a goal is like"a shooter shooting in the air". Goals help you ascertain your performance . Goals motivate you to perform you better. They are your "check-n-balance" device for being successful & specially in our business.
DIVIDE YOUR GOALS:
  • SHORT TERM GOALS
  • MID TERM GOALS
  • LONG TERM GOALS

SET REALISTSTIC GOALS
Set goals that can be achieved within the confines of realism . You can't have a senseless goals like "I" will become an Owner in six weeks & a VP in 12 months

WORK FOR YOUR GOALS
writing down your goals is fine, but you have to work for them. You can't be a great cricketer if you don't bat & bowl, or a footballer, if you don't practice properly . Don't cheat your-self-on your goals as you are working for your own success & benefit .

Teach your people to set their own goals and to implement them . if you want to be a winner, you have to set your own goal, work hard for them, stick to it, through rough terrain, bad weather and emerge with flying colors

  1. The human brain remains the last great unconquered frontier of science. Somehow, that mass of grey sludge locked inside our skulls creates a whole inner world heaving with emotions, memories, ideas and desires. Everything we see, touch, hear and feel - the illusion of reality - is generated by this inscrutable organ.
